    We're bummed things didn't work out for you! The good news: we accept returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase for most items in new condition. The fine print: we can't take back anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

    Sale items also cannot be returned. And all exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

    What should I do?

    Email us at orders@gneissapparel.com and we'll provide you with a return slip to include with your item when you ship it back to us.

    Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Gneiss Apparel Supply Co. for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Gneiss Apparel Supply Co. for the exchange as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
